Sponsorship opportunities for 2026/27
For 2026/27 Series we have a wide range of sponsorship opportunities available. From cash to buy prizes, to supplying product for prizes, or gift certificates. We are hoping to have prizes from 1st to 10 in the open, 1st to 6 in the Youth and a special prize for each PeeWee in attendance at the finals!
All sponsors can be assured of many social media shout outs, shares of their content on our socials, and links posted here on our website as well. We encourage our sponsors to send us banners for the arena, and welcome them to be at our finals to present their prizes.

Saddle Sponsors
This is an amazing opportunity to have your logo on a saddle that will be seen for many years to come and who knows how far and wide. Our goal is to have the highest quality trophy saddle we can get so that it will be used and not sit on stand!
Exclusive Sponsor : $4000.00 each Logo will be on both sides of the saddle
1/2 Sponsor: $ 2000.00 get together with another company and share. Logo on one side for each.
Group Sponsor: Min $500.00 to go together with others to make the full amount. No logos would be on the saddle

Prize Sponsors
This year we are planning on putting together prize packages that are amazing!
We are looking for product as well as cash to purchase prizes. When we have cash to purchase we try to always support the businesses who have also given us product sponsorship. We do our very best to support local, Canadian companies, and if we are buying custom made prizes, we try to source out fellow barrel racers and local artisans.
Any $ value is appreciated. We will be picking products to add to placing packages and reaching our for sponsors as well as accepting product to add to the line up! It doesn't have to be horse related! Can be anything! Let your imagination run free!
If at all possible, and where we can, we would add sponsor names to the product but all sponsors will be given credit for what they provide or what was purchased on their behalf.
